In her leisure time, she derives pleasure from singing, dancing, writing, and cooking. Throughout her life, Tamela has faced various challenges, but she has always relied on her unwavering faith, hope, and love to overcome them. Tamela is a distinguished personality, passionate about helping women and young individuals in their spiritual and emotional growth.

Tamela's writing journey began approximately two decades ago when she served as a youth director at a local church. She realized that creating plays and poetry was an outstanding technique to stimulate young minds and motivate them to participate. In 2011, Tamela commenced work on her first book, A Loving Breeze, which she completed in 2020. This achievement served as a spur to write more frequently, and she is currently working on several new projects.

Tamela has authored hundreds of poems and short plays. She recently published her first book series, which comprises A Loving Breeze, Walking in Glory, Pathway Influences, and an upcoming book, Journey Beginnings. Additionally, she has released a Minister's Journal titled The Importance of Being a Minister. Tamela is presently working on several new projects, including Spiritual Expressions Volume 1 (a book of poetry), The Spiritual Awakening 5 book series, and the Choices in Life Series, which includes a Bible Study and skit for Youth. Her unique style and adept storytelling have been praised by many readers, who find her writing captivating and immersive.
